Functieomschrijving

As a Sales Support & Customer Service Specialist, you are the key link between our customers and internal teams. You manage the entire process, from customer inquiries to aftersales, ensuring seamless operations. Your responsibilities include:

  • Customer advice & quotations: Understanding customer needs, advising on products and services, and preparing tailored quotations.
  • Standard & custom projects: Switching effortlessly between ready-made products from our factory and custom-made solutions, using creativity and communication skills to deliver the best results.
  • Pricing proposals: Considering customer budgets and suggesting suitable options.
  • Order processing & follow-up: Overseeing order entry, accuracy, progress, and transportation, including import procedures when necessary.
  • Aftersales & complaint handling: Collaborating with the sales team and management to ensure an excellent customer experience and professionally resolve any complaints.

Additionally, you may be involved in tasks such as sales reporting, customer presentations, and attending trade fairs or client visits.

Functie-eisen

We are looking for a commercially driven and service-oriented professional with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as Customer Service or Sales Support. You work accurately, take initiative, and are results-oriented. Does this sound like you?

  • MBO+/HBO level of education and thinking.
  • Fluent English skills.
  • Experience with order processing, sales support, and aftersales.
  • Excellent communication and commercial skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Knowledge of (non-EU) export procedures and export documentation is a plus.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with an eye for detail and quality.
  • Strong listening skills and ability to coordinate between different stakeholders.
